Suppliers, clients and event managers will gather for demonstrations of state-of-the-art event technology, including projection mapping and Glux LED.
Attendees will include representatives from Royal Mail, Britvic, The AA and other endclients, as well as mclcreate team members from London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester.
The company’s bespoke mobile app will be used to keep delegates informed and interacting before, during and after the event. It has been used at various corporate events by companies including Mamas & Papas, and Tesco Bank.

Taking inspiration from what has been the biggest sporting event of the year, the evening will have a colourful Brazilian theme.
Guests will be able to test their skills at the Rio edition of the popular game Angry Birds, as well as taking mixology lessons in making Brazil’s national cocktail, the Caipirinha.
This is the latest in a series of showcases, with last year’s Formula-One-themed gathering welcoming delegates from event companies including Conference Care and Venue Finders.
