UK Event Awards 2012: Finalists Revealed

The finalists for this year’s UK Event Awards have been revealed. The awards, which are now in their third year, are open to all aspects of the events industry including charities, councils, promoters, venues, technical production companies, caterers and creative events agencies.

The awards were judged by an independent panel of industry professionals which this year was chaired by Peter Kerwood of Altitude 360 and also featured Zoe Watts of Company of Cooks, Dirk Micschendal of Logistik, Rob Leach of Line Up, Lynn Lester of The Drum, Katie Resnick of ITV and Paul Ephremsen of iD Experiential.

The awards had a record number of entries this year proving that the UK event’s industry continues to go from strength to strength. Nominees include Ignite London, Maximillion, Tower Bridge and GMG Radio.

The winners will be revealed at this year’s awards ceremony which will take place Friday November 23rd at the Emirates Stadium, London and will be attended by the elite of the industry.
