The Melville Prism Dashboard will be launched at Confex 2011. Prism, first shown at Confex last year defines a new standard for the exhibitor experience with the launch of the ground-breaking dashboard.
“Melville Prism is a web portal which allows organisers to provide their exhibitors with a single point of access to all the services that they may need for a show. It is supported by additional resources, to give the exhibitor the opportunity to maximise the return on their exhibition stand.” explains Melville Group Commercial Director, Ted Bloom.
Melville Prism provides support in four key areas – Pre Show, At Show, Post Show and Help and Advice.

- Click and Order – which enables shell scheme exhibitors to use a drag and drop system to design the layout of their stand and then to order the required components
- Guide to Exhibiting – designed to enable exhibitors to get the most from the show
- Guide to Lead Capture – to make sure that every prospect is identified and recorded.
“At Show” allows real time lead management, links to useful sites and web based information, provides details of your on-site Melville Team and the locations of Service Desks.
“Post Show” enables exhibitors to manage their sales leads, complete surveys and print reports.
“Help and Advice” provides a huge resource of information that makes exhibiting a positive and rewarding experience.
“Over the 12 months since we launched Melville Prism we have restructured the company to ensure that we can deliver the promises we have made. The launch of the Melville Prism Dashboard makes all of this available through a single web based interface. However, this is not the end.
