New business team building concept launched by Chartridge Conference Company
Chartridge Conference Company has launched ‘Out of the Box’, a new package of business-focussed breakout and team building events which will be available at all five of their Home Counties and Midlands based conference venues.
“Team building is one of those terms that is often perceived as a ‘jolly day out’ paid for by the firm under the guise of personal development,” commented managing director Peter Darnell. “Racing quad bikes or hiking over mountains may be fun, but the relevance to today’s modern business environment is rather obscure. We want the Chartridge team building events to be practical, and help develop real business skills that delegates can put to use when they return to the office.”
‘Out of the Box’ includes over 20 innovative and creative events ranging from one hour breakout games to full day teamwork challenges. Stimulating and brain challenging, these events are designed to draw on each team member’s strengths, develop their problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills so the group can work together to achieve definable goals. Delegates will learn to delegate and take responsibility, skills they can put into practice in the workplace.
Unlike other team building events which are run by external third party organisations, ‘Out of the Box’ has been developed in-house by Chartridge Conference Company, who run manage and deliver the complete event. The simple standard pricing format means the total cost can be calculated instantly.
As well as business focussed games, ‘Out of the Box’ also includes fun and social activities, which can be mixed and matched with business games making it a package that will suit all groups, whether small local businesses, major multinational corporations or national charities.
