Pumphouse, the Hertfordshire-based employee communications agency, is maintaining momentum through what is a difficult year for the industry. In adding two new clients and a significant level of turnover to what has been a solid year so far, the future looks good for the agency in this, its twenty-first year of business.Pumphouse

One of the new clients is North Hertfordshire Homes who have contracted the agency to produce a series of short films about the business after a tough three-way pitch in which Pumphouse outclassed two very accomplished mainstream video production agencies. The debut for the film will be at the association’s staff event and AGM next month.

The series of films will form part of a DVD of information about the housing association. A one-minute animation and video testimonials will also be included as part of a major rebranding strategy by the organisation.

Spencer Carpenter, Digital Media Producer at Pumphouse said “The video department at Pumphouse has grown enormously this year. Clients like the fact that we can bring our experience in the face to face arena to enhance onscreen communication.”

Nick Eve, Managing Director at Pumphouse, said “This is great news and a credit to our production team who have clearly reassured new clients with their expertise, creativity and can-do attitude. Winning new business is fantastic and proves that we are providing the right service at the right price. We have always strived to strike that balance over the past 21 years, which is why we are still trading, when many of our competitors have either gone into liquidation or have had to dramatically reduce head-count just to survive”
