Arabian Fashion World showcasing Arabian fashion and culture will be launched on 6th April 2009 at InterContinental London Park Lane.

The aims of this event are to promote Arabian fashion and accessories designers to the world and to the Western buying market.

The organisers of the event, the company behind the Gulf Luxury Fair (which will take place for the second year in July 2009 at London’s InterContinental Hotel) say: ‘Arabian Fashion World will become the Arab equivlent of the London Fashion Week in the years to come’. It is planned to take the event to three days by 2010. Never before has an Arabian fashion event been staged in London and Arabian Fashion World promises to be a very exciting showcase for the emerging talents of Arab designers.

Five designers will stage a stunning fashion show to an invited audience of fashion media, buyers, celebrities and VIPs on the evening of April 6th 2009.

The guests to Arabian Fashion World will also be able to see and meet with approximately 20 fashion accessories companies all from Arab countries.

The Arab British Chamber of Commerce are partners in this event, and are working side by side with the organisers to help establish Arabian Fashion World as a major annual event in London.
